Plumbing water filter repair. Check valve before iron filter was clogged but after replacing that water still wasn’t running. Cut in bypass for iron filter to get water flowing for the weekend. Estimate to replace iron filtering system.

Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested inducer motor amperage, pressure switch, gas valve voltage, hsi, flame sensor, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Hsi was very corroded and was replaced. Flame sensor was very corroded and was starting to pit. It was replaced as well. Furnace filter was just changed. Everything else is in accurate working condition and system is heating as it should.

Restaurant drain cleaning. Investigated sewer backup and found that only lines tied to grease trap were backing up. Located grease trap outside and pulled covers to find that it’s full. Recommend having it vacuumed and jetted. Customer said she’s having someone out Monday to clean it.

Plumbing repair. I attempted to unthread old shut off valve for a refrigerator but it was just spinning. I opened up the wall to see that there was a compression fitting. Needed to cut out old pipe and stop and replace. Tested and cleaned up.

Commercial heating maintenance. Cleaned and serviced both the furnace and the hanging unit. On furnace changed filter that was almost black, checked inducer motor,changed hsi to oem type,(other hsi was severely pitted). Cleaned flame sensor, tested gas valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor. Other than hsi and filter everything is working as it should. Blew out hanging unit. Was completely dirty with dust. Relit pilot and tested gas valve. Chaecked blower motor amperage. Everything is working as it should at this time.

Cleaned flame sensor. Everything was in accurate working condition. Pulled blower motor/fan blade cage and cleaned it out. Also inspected heat exchanger. Everything is working and clean as it should be at this time. Furnace filter is good and clean.

Commercial drain service. Pulled toilet in women’s bathroom and attempted to use camera but couldn’t get past paper clog a few feet in the pipe, sent rod down but it didn’t break up the clog to where the camera would go down. Vacuum and jet to clear drain line then using camera. Discovered there’s a hole in the closet bend that will need to be replaced. And 45 feet from that spot there’s a belly in the pipe that the camera can’t get past.

Commercial HVAC service. Replaced 3 thermostats, checked all A/C units in building. There is 9 A/C units in building. Rewired low voltage to furnace behind elevator and unit now working. All units are working at this time. Set temps at 78.

Ran softener and iron filter through cycles, reset time of day for both, working fine at this time. Could not get injection pump to power up, talked to manufacturer technical support, informed me that control board is bad and pump needs to be replaced. Dave to provide pricing and availability. Will square up after pump is replaced.

Commercial sprinkler repair. Replace 3 pressure regulators on sprinkler dog houses. 2 we’re still good so didn’t change all of them. Also finished up fixing the wall in bathroom. Worked done on sprinkler system. Zone #1 1-Reset flapper 2-Clean old regulator. This regulator was not replaced. 3- fill system flapper is reset Water @52 psi Air @32psi Note regulator needs to be replace air leaking out of vent hole.but system is on. Zone #2 1- Reset flapper 2-go to fill system with air no air regulator installed backwards, pull regulator and flip before reinstalling blow air line out full of rust this would have messed regulator up. Set air 3- System at Water @52psi Air@ 35 psi Zone #3 1-Water was on 52psi but air was off@ 18psi close to tripping flapper. 2- fill air to 30 psi pull regulator and blow air line full of rust this would have messed up the new regulator. Clean new regulator just in case.

Install 40 gallon Bradford White high efficient gas water heater. Test for safe operation. Clean up and recycle old water heater.

Rooftop HVAC to be replaced. Cap gas piping on roof. Shut power down to old unit, lock-out on fuse in back room. Pull 2” seal tight and service disconnect on unit lay on roof, to be used on new HVAC unit. Disconnect thermostat and push wires down into curb. Have main power ready to be feed through old RTU when crane arrives to remove old unit.
