Look at tankless heater. Found water heater is not vented and no drain on unit. Recommend replacing tankless heater with vent and drain installed. Or replace with standard 40 gallon water heater and rework gas water and flue vent wye. Customer to call Westinghouse to see if he can get it under warranty if they do that I told him we would quote install. No warranty on this heater from us.
Cleaned and diagnosed furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor, and inducer motor amperage. Cleaned out drain lines. Replaced flame sensor and hsi due to corrosion. One visit will be used on plan and customer will have one visit remaining in spring.
Furnace repair. Replaced pilot assembly.
Bathroom plumbing repair. Replace lavatory faucet and drain, replace tub pop up and over flow plate.
Water heater repair. Pulled gas burner to locate and clean 3 flame sensors. Hot water is flowing now.
Cleaned and serviced all 7 condensing units. Tested all capacitors, contactors, and fan motor amperages. Also checked all refrigerant levels. The conclusions of units as followed. Unit #1 alley- added 1lbs of R410a refrigerant. Capacitor,contactor, and fan Motor were in accurate working condition. Unit #2 alley- added 1-1/2 lbs of R410a refrigerant. Capacitor,contactor,and fan motor were in accurate working condition. Unit #3alley- replaced a single run capacitor 12.5mrf. Contactor and fan motor Amperage were in accurate working condition. The refrigerant levels were accurate. Unit #1 rooftop- added 2lbs of R410a refrigerant. Capacitor,contactor and fan motor amperage were all in accurate working condition. Air chamber for laundry box froze and split, cut out piping and repaired air chamber with coupling. Then put piping back in.
Furnace humidifier repair. Angle stop for humidifier was leaking. Replace shut off valve.
