Toilet repair. Pulled toilet and noticed flange was under finished floor and covered up with tile. Drilled holes in tile to remove some and placed stackable ring to raise the flange up. When I tightened the toilet down it didn’t feel secure so pulled it again and realized the flange wasn’t screwed into the wood. Grabbed longer screws but those didn’t work. The wood under the flange is either rotted away or there wasn’t wood there to begin with. Floor needs to be replaced under flange. Customer will decide to replace either go from underneath to rebuild floor or do a bathroom remodel. Dave should reach out for estimates.

Bryant furnace maintenance, 100,000 input 81,000 output 2 stage. Found faulty ignition and inducer pressure switches. The limit switch is a device that has two functions: first, it won't allow the fan to turn on until the air generated inside your furnace is warm enough and second, it acts as a kill switch to the burner should the air temperature around the heat exchanger become too hot. Furnace is up in age and is working as of this date. Need to schedule ac cleaning in spring, note customer had wind storm and unit was moved he moved it back but lost cooling will need line set repair with Freon this will be an extra charge.
