ESTIMATE FOR BATHROOM REMODEL

John M.
Water is leaking onto floor below when shower is running but not the tub spout. Dumped water on the overflow to see if that’s where the water is coming from but it remained dry, right when water is diverted to the shower head water appears which points to there being a leak on the riser. Need to open up wall to make repairs but the showers are back to back so a tub surround will need to be removed. Please have Dave do an estimate.
