They were very professional and did everything right. It was very easy to schedule with them and they were prompt and responsive when I called. Their technicians were very professional and did a good job. This was my first time using their services but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed.

Furnace repair. Intermittent heat call. Found the ignitor and flame sensor very corroded and working intermittently. Also found the evaporator drain cracked and not attached. Discussed all options with the customer. They decided to join our maintenance membership and have both parts replaced and the drain repaired for now. Performed tune-up and safety inspection on furnace, tested gas valve voltage and pressures. Cleaned all pressure switch hoses and inlets. The system is from 1993. Providing a customer with an estimate for a replacement due to age. The system is clean, heating, and operating adequately at this time. Performed free inspections. The customer will have a spring/ac visit of 2026 remaining on the current plan.

Sewer and drain cleaning. The main sewer line backed up for the whole house. It is slowly going down. It is a 55’ run to get to the exit of the basement foundation from the toilet, and another 80 to 100’ from the foundation to the street. No cleanout visible outside. Something was here prior to me, and I tried finding a cleanout because the ground was freshly dug up. I will return tomorrow. If the line is clear to the rod from the basement cleanout, we will proceed; otherwise, we will need to use a rod from the basement cleanout. I told the customer not to use anything in the house. Returned today to the rod and sewer line, which had drained. Was able to get the line open, but after a camera of the like, there is a major issue with water standing in 4’ line from the end of the foundation to a 4x6” tie in roughly 6

Furnace repair. Added support to filter rack.

Commercial HVAC repair. Removed and clean burner ignition assembly and intake filters. The heater is now working. Removed and cleaned the filter, sensor, and ignition assembly. Removed and clean sight glass. Adjusted the gas pressure regulator on another unit. The tube heating system has 3 burners and 1 exhaust fan that runs the system. The heating system is 20 years old, but new burners are available. I will work up an estimate. All 3 burners are working at this time.

Commercial toilet repair. There was no wall leak, but 6 flushometers need to be rebuilt. Install two high back-pressure vacuum breakers on water closets in the men’s bathroom. They’re still slightly leaking, but Tim says it’s fine. If they want it fixed, we may need to replace the vacuum breaker tubes. Also installed a 1 1/4” pipe clamp on the boiler condensate line.

Estimate for new furnace and a/c.

Commercial heating repair. Intake blockage was the original call code on the heater. Cut out intake from the system, checked on the roof for ice and blockage. Camera the intake line, blew out all aspects of intake and exhaust on the unit. Cleared all rust and debris from the intake, outlet, and all hoses from the pressure switches to the inducer. Ran a battery of tests on pressure switches for continuity and function. Called customer support. Went through tests and determined that it’s most probably a bad induction motor.

Replaced lawn faucet.

Traced out gas lines. Repair roof top HVAC unit. The unit that heats suite 203 thermostat is dead, and needs batteries installed in thermostat.

New plan, service furnace today.

Sewer cleaning. Ran a camera through the sewer line from the floor cleanout inside. Upon arrival, 30’ of the line was underwater. Ran the power rod backwards from the manhole to break up the bad toilet paper clog. After doing that, the sewer line drained down except for a few feet right before the manhole, which is being caused by a belly. Recommend digging up and replacing.

Church boiler repair. Replace the fill valve, auto vents, and 2 pumps on hot water boiler systems. Add water to bring the boiler system up to 12 psi. The heating system is operating safely at this time Material used in

Water backflow testing. Pulled the 8” back flow apart. 1st test was full of rust and the relief valve was only opened 1/2 way. Soaked the relief in ZEP calcium lime and rust remover. Checked the spring and cleaned 1st check. I also reassembled the device, installed 2” PVC pipe to drain and open shut off valve to blow out all rust and debris from the inlet pipe. Reassemble the device, found the relief rubber diaphragm is ripped and the relief is spraying. I need to rebuild this device. Test and certified both back flows per State Code.

Water softener repair. I went through all the cycles of the water softener and came to the conclusion that the system is operating as it should. We did find an issue with the wire harness blocking system from potentially going into the next stage of the cycle. I told the customer to check the system in a week, and if holding water again, we will order a new system head under warranty. The softener system is currently working again at the moment

Commercial sewer and drain cleaning. Successfully rodded from the cleanout in the hallway. This has been a repeat issue, they would like us to come by with the camera to get a look at the pipe. Also cleared the urinal that was overflowing.
Brad K.
Water softener repair. The salt tank was full of water. Cleared line to the brine tank and opened up ventari and cleared the line filter and suction line of debris. Plugged in and tested. Tank pumped out extra water, in the tank and regeneration kicked in. The water softener system is working at the moment. There were copper burrs in lime filter. This is a warranty job
