Carrier air conditioner unit not running properly. The customer turned on ac, I went outside and ac is running. I noticed the line set started to ice up. I went into the attic room and found blower on furnace not running. Tested motor and found it is bad. Replace motor.

Upstairs unit had a faulty capacitor, replaced. Everything was in adequate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels. They were in accurate efficiency range.

Cleaned and serviced both condensing units. Tested capacitors, contactors, and fan motor amperages. Everything was in accurate working condition. Checked refrigerant levels in both units. The first floor unit was completely accurate.The upstairs unit was 1-1/2 lbs low on r410 refrigerant. Added the refrigerant to the unit to bring levels back to best efficiency state.
