Cleaned and serviced furnace due to last visit on maintenance program. Cycled and tested all mechanical parts. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. (410). Cleaned drain trap and all hoses. Leaned all sensors. System is operating and heating as it should be at this time. Customer renewed maintenance program. They will have 2025 spring cooling season visit and 2025/2026 heating visit prepaid. Performed free inspections.

Customer renewed maintenance programs. One visit is being used today on both plans and they will have one visit remaining on both plans for spring/summer clean and checks.

Furnace repair. No heat. Found control board not responding to commands. Giving wrong error codes. Customer renewed annual VIP maintenance program. After performing cleaned and check found igniter to be very corroded and blower motor cap. Way below acceptable range. Replaced control board, ignition,and blower capacitor. Heating system is operating as it should be at this time. Wrote customer estimates for new furnace due to age. Customer will have spring cooling visit of 2025 prepaid.

Commercial plumbing repair. Repaired leak on 1/2” hot water return line. In the process an Reverse Osmosis water filter line that was run above that became damaged and needed to be replaced.

Checked water heater, no signs of leakage or any problems, igniter works fine. Nightcore probably had a hard time relighting it because the gas lines were empty and took a while to light.flushed water heater.

Furnace started up upon arrival, service furnace for season. Conducted Fall-Winter safety inspection and reset furnace to factory specifications. Checked motors (found weak/faulty blower motor), relays, capacitors, contractors, circuit boards, pressure switches, bearings, fuses, wiring and connections, seals, fan, gas valve voltage and pressure, ignitor, flame sensor, thermostat, and heat exchanger. Cleaned out drain trap and all hoses and drain line. Replaced air filter. Replaced blower kit. Part should be under warranty. A furnace blower kit is a set of parts that includes a blower motor and other components that circulate air through a furnace and into a home. All components are working safely at manufacturer specifications at this time. Customer is a VIP Service Plan member.

Cleaned and serviced furnace. System was heating. Customer said system shut off got really cold, he changed the filter that was really dirty. After changing it , it started back up and was fine. Found that it tripped a high limit code. Customer signed up for maintenance program. I performed cleaned and check. Tested. Everything is in accurate working condition. Filter is new. System is operating and heating as it should at this time. Customer will have one more visit for 2025 cooling season.

Commercial water softener service. Reset regeneration timer and moved drain hose so it wasn’t attached to the studs, causing vibration. Customer would like us to set up water softener salt service to be delivered.
