Leak in water service line between outside meter vault and valve inside house approximately 30-35’. Will need to have estimate by Dave on Monday.
Replaced Delta shower cartridge and shower pan drain in master bath.
Cleaned and serviced furnaces. Tested flame sensors, pressure switches, hsi, inducer motors, blower motor amperage and capacitors, and gas valve voltage. Everything is in adequate working condition. Blew out drain lines. Cleaned exhaust pipes. Replaced furnace filters,(20x25x1).Checked for gas pipe leakage. Customer renewed both maintenance programs. One visit from each plan will be used now, and they will have two remaining for spring/ac season for both condensing units outside. Performed free inspections.
Leaking water heater. Replaced 40 gallon power vent water heater. Test for safe operation. Remove old water heater tank.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor, inducer motor amperage, and gas valve. Customer renewed maintenance program. Will have two visits on plan. This coming spring and fall.

Customer renewed maintenance program and will have both visits prepaid for spring and fall 2024 season.
Leaking water heater. Replaced 50 gallon energy efficient water heater. Test for safe operation. Remove old water heater tank.
Sump pump service. Inspected sump pump, control not working. Estimate on back up system. NC
Inspected furnace, sent estimate for new furnace and A/C. Furnace is 22 years old.
Heating furnace service. Factory reset thermostat and reprogrammed thermostat. Checked all power and made sure door switch had good connection. Cleaned flame sensor again. There is nothing blocking or clogging flu. Ran furnace through a few cycles and is heating and turning off and on as it should at this time.
Sewer cleaning. Toilet on first floor was backing up when running water anywhere in the house. Drilled hole in cleanout in basement to drain water out of the charged line then rodded and used camera from that cleanout. Cleared blockage that was right outside the foundation. Appeared to be roots at first but didn’t pull any back, after running camera again came to the conclusion it was probably a paper clog.
Installed new humidifier
Replace 75 gallon natural gas water heater with Bradford White unit.
Cleaned and diagnosed furnace. Furnace was extremely dirty.Inducer motor was starting then quickly shutting off. Cleaned out exhaust pipe. There was a lot of rust build up in the flu. Also cleaned all the pressure switches and hoses to inducer. Also tested flame sensor, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor and gas valve voltage. Cleaned flame sensor. Everything is working and heating as it should now. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Replaced humidifier pad filter. Gave estimate for new furnace due to this being original from house being built.
Furnace repair. Thermostat was calling for heat but furnace was in idle. Killed power to the furnace and after that it worked. Ran it through its cycle 3 times and cleaned flame sensor.
Sump pump repair. Replaced back up battery, leak on pipe is vent hole for pump.
Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested flame sensor, pressure switches, hsi, fan motor amperage and capacitor, inducer amperage, and gas valve voltage. Tested humidifier control. Everything is in adequate working condition. Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Customer purchased a new humidifier pad. (10).
