5/16/2023 Demo all old pipes and drain pans from old system , demo old cabinets that are being replaced, go to shop make up sides out white aluminum facia material for drain under cabinet so water won’t splash out and sit on other side of raised lip on floor drain assembly and pick up material at shop for re work of pipes. 5/17/2023 Install sch 80 grate in floor drain. And route 2- 1” pvc drains through cabinets over to where pop and ice machine are being installed have to wait for the two pieces of equipment to to set in place to finish tie in. 5/18/2023 After counter top was installed run drains over to hole in counter and up through hole in the back.

RPZ water backflow preventer repair. Rebuild backflow with complete rubber rebuild kit 1st,2nd check and relief kit. Backflow Device passed test afterwards filling out paper work someone flush a toilet upstairs causing a pressure drop on water supply relief opened on fire system and would not reset. Having Dave look to see if new relief assembly or if device has to be replace it is over 30 years old.

Go pick up materials and go to hospital, look at leak in Rm# 5107,5108 measure up section to be cut out and be replaced 2 1/2” copper cold main had a leak. Go down and prefab section to keep shut down to a minimum down time , Have Nick let staff water was getting shut down . Cut line made repair and bleed air out out system and turned back on , Nick let staff know water was back on. Put fiberglass insulation back on pipe with zeston 90. Material used in notes.

Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Unit was extremely dirty with cottonwood. Had to burn it out before doing the wash out. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Capacitor tested below acceptable range and was replaced. Everything else tested in accurate working condition. Checked the 410a refrigerant levels. They were also in accurate efficiency range. Customer renewed maintenance program.

Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Tested capacitor, contactor, fan motor amperage and compressor amperage. Capacitor tested extremely low along the compressor side, and was replaced with a new 45/5 capacitor. Everything else tested in accurate working condition. Checked R22 refrigerant levels. Customers coil was below freezing temperatures. Added 1-1/2 lbs of R22 to bring temperatures up abouve freezing and to achieve accurate efficiency.
