Church heating repair in the office on the 2nd floor. I found the heating valve in this section was leaking. They don’t need this valve anymore. The system has a thermostat and pumps for zoning of the system. I removed this valve and piped threw it with 3/4” blk pipe. Pictures of the valve are in the customer file.

Commercial toilet repair. The toilet in the men’s room was wobbly. Pulled the toilet and found the close collar was broken on both sides. I cut the PVC to cast collar out and replaced it with a new one. I anchored the new collar to the floor with tap cons. The old collar was not mounted to the floor. I installed the toilet with new wax ring and bolts. Tested and everything worked as should. In the women’s rest room there was a constant drip from the toilet tank from where the fill valve would go for a normal toilet. This is a power flush. I tightened the nut, and the leak stopped. I also tightened up the supply line and checked the angle stop for leaks. I let management know that there was a constant leak coming from the tank and it was fixed along with the men’s toilet.

Advised the customer that someone will reach out to schedule.
