AC service call. I inspected and tested system. System is cooling properly.

No ac call. Unit had power, but compressor was locked up not turning on. Capacitor was full on both fan and compressor side of terminals. Installed a hard start kit and compressor started working again. After equalizing R22 refrigerant levels were low. Added 1-1/2 lbs of R22 and leak sealant. R22 refrigerant is at accurate efficiency range and cooling as it should at this time.

Went to job I found no problem with pump for lift station, I ran water and it works she started to talk about the lift station running at night with no water running I pulled lid and there is water coming in around the seal of the pit it is all clear water ,the lift station you can see clearly to the bottom. So I went over to the sump pump and checked to see if that is working I found someone installed a 2nd switch on the sump pump to stop it from running so much doing this raised the water table above the floor so now it is flowing into the lift station , I talked to her son about this , I upluged the 2nd switch and plugged in just the sump pump it is running more often but it should drop the water table under the slab.
