Water leaking from toilet when flushed. Toilet is on first floor and floor is completely warped and damaged to point a new wax ring probably won’t fix the issue the floor is warped almost 2” with a particle board floor and the chance of a call back from leaking is a guarantee. I was going to shut the stop off but it is not working as well. Also the garbage disposal is cracked and needs to be replaced as well. It is leaking under sink when right side of sink is used and when dishwasher is used. Need to call customer back to schedule appointment to replace garbage disposal and first floor toilet angle stop

Replaced two drain/ pop up assemblies in master bath that we supplied. Customer did not want pop up assembly hooked up so she can pull pop up out to clean drain. In same bathroom I did a pull and reset of master bathroom toilet as a precaution because there is some water damage on ceiling tile in basement but dry now Pulled Roman tub faucet handle apart to take pictures of cartridge to order new cartridges for hot and cold on master Roman tub faucet. Pics in file Repiped sump pump line from sump pump to discharge line. I installed a new 1-1/2” quiet check valve. Filled pit with buckets of water and no leaks anymore. In mechanical room in basement the was a 3/4” pipe and fittings that were leaking. I cut them out and replaced piping In basement hall ceiling outside of basement bathroom I cut out and replaced more leaking pipes in ceiling Did full inspection of crawl space with no active leaks or issues Customer wanted me to fill outside sump discharge pipe with water from hose

Drain cleaning. The master bath shower drain instantly backs up and drains slowly. Pulled hair out of the shower trap and drains as it should now. The grate on the shower itself prevents the shower from draining as good as with the grate off. The hall bath is where I did a minor rebuild on the toilet

Toilet repair. Did a pull and reset of the hall/ master bath toilet. The toilet was just loose. Hooked up and tested out with no leaks or issues.

John M.

John M.
Found a faulty ejector pump. Replaced with a new, powerful ejector pump. Tested for safe operation. Cleaned the work area

Brad K.
Sewer and drain cleaning. The toilet was backed up and draining into the tub. Lav was draining fine on the opposite side of the run, so the blockage was within 6 feet of the toilet because I was able to open it with an extension on the toilet auger. Cleaned tub after the line was open for customer. Everything is draining as it should be. This was in the hall bath on the first floor

Brad K.
Commercial gas piping repair. Replaced 3/4” stainless gas flexible piping to a tube heater in the service garage. There was a leak coming from the old flex. I used a radius turn when connecting the flex line with no hard turns or kinks recommended by the manufacturer. Turned on the gas, and no more leak. Also, there was a gas leak for the dryer on a fitting coming directly out of the gas regulator. I pulled apart all fittings, re-doped the fittings, taped everything, and installed a new gas 1/2” gas whip for the appliance. Turned on the gas, and no more leaks.
