Replaced leaking 75-gallon water heater. Install energy-efficient Bradford White 75-gallon gas water heater. Test for safe operation and clean up the work area. Recycle the old water heater.

Toilet repair. Toilet was operating fine but it was clogged. Successfully augered toilet. Customer declined free inspection.

Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical parts. Found hsi with heavy corrosion. Customer agreed to change hsi out. Furnace filter and hum pad are in good condition. Cleaned ptrap and all hoses. System is operating and heating as it should be at this time. Customer renewed maintenance program. He will have both cooling season and next heating season visits prepaid. ** customer is very interested in battery back up sump. Wants call closer to spring but is very interested.

Heating repair. Heat won’t shut off call. After diagnosing, found first floor zone valve failed closed, causing the constant call for heating to the boiler. Ordering part and will install as soon as part is it. Upstairs thermostat is working as it should, so customer will have to heat house using second floor thermostat at the moment. Serviced water softener, including cleaning all filters and orifices, resetting time of day and checking operations. Found well bladder water logged causing pump to turn on every time water is used. Replace well bladder, switch and pressure gauge.

Furnace maintenance. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical parts. Found hsi very corroded and replaced. Also found single run capacitor well below acceptable range and was replaced using (15mfd). Cleaned drain trap and all hoses. Furnace is 23 years old. Wrote customer for new furnace. Customer would like to just address these parts today. Customer will have one more annual VIP service plan visit.

Cleaned and serviced furnace, tested flame sensor, ignition, gas Valve voltage, blower motor amperage and capacitor, Tested pressure switches, cleaned out drain lines, replaced furnace filter that customer provided, replaced water panel that customer provided. Everything is heating and operating as it should at this time. Customer will have one visit remaining for cooling season of 2025.

Checked refrigerant levels, in accurate efficiency range. Changed furnace filter that customer provided. Customer wanted annual maintenance service plan.

Furnace repair. Replace inducer motor. The inducer motor runs a fan which provides air for combustion within a furnace and also pushes the exhaust gases out of the flue.

Replaced furnace filter that customer provided. Last visit on annual service plan. Customer renewed annual HVAC maintenance program. They will have fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 prepaid.

Air conditioner repair. Customer said the other day when it was really hot it was set to 68 in the house but couldn’t get past 79. Checked refrigerant levels and R410 was low. Added 2lbs of refrigerant to achieve 10* of sub-cooling which is accurate efficiency.
