Brad was great at working on my hot water heater that he had installed about a month ago. I wish though that when it was installed I would have thought to mention that i wanted them to remove some rod that makes the water smell like rotten eggs and was probably the reason for the black water we had a couple of times. After paying around $2,500 for the water heater I had to pay $370 to have him come and take out the rod. Maybe they could mention that when they install the water heaters if the customer would like that rod removed. Otherwise I was very satisfied. Brad is very friendly and seems very knowledgably. He cleans up after is work also.

Cris from PDM showed up early and in around 5 minutes he figured out the problem with my AC unit and had it up and running soon after that. I’m very grateful to have PDM and Cris there when my heating or cooling decides to break down. 5⭐️
