Brennon is very kind and considerate… I was not feeling well and fell asleep in my comfy chair. He went about his business quickly, quietly and cleaned up afterwards. He didn’t even wake me up when he was done. Five stars!

We had a large leak from the bottom of our chiller. Chris was able to break away from lunch to get to our school and help us put a plan in place.

PDM provided great service. Our water heater broke and PDM was able to service us the same day we contacted them. Our service man Brad was friendly, fast, respectful and super communicative. He let me know the issues and how he would handle them and got right to work.
