Chris Spotofora is an excellent technician who knows his trade very well. Always does a nice job of cleaning and checking furnaces to get them ready for winter season.

Boiler rattle in Joliet, IL 60435

I always ask for Chris Spotofora for plumbing & heating malfunctions. He was right on time at 7:00 AM and proceeded to dismantle the necessary parts, install a new replacement part to the boiler, wipe the inside pipes clean and then reasemble it. He used cleaner and a fresh rag to wipe it down all over, and checked the gauges.

First impression from the call to we can get you in soon, price, the plumber who installed it called to check if the model of heater I had was one with current issues before installing it. Lastly he was upfront and honest with the cost. Will use again.

Honest and Fair in Joliet, IL 60432

My technician Anthony was very knowable and professional. He answered my questions patiently and actually showed me the the inside of my furnace and explained how and why certain problems were happening with it. He was very courteous, and he didn’t seem to be in a rush to finish the job so he could move on to the next one. I would highly recommend PDM and Anthony for your heating needs.
