I have been a customer of PDM for many years. Today’s service call was as expected. Chris arrived on time and was very pleasant. He inspected our furnace and humidifier and said that everything looked fine.

Service with Chris and PDM is always great, they always have you in the reminders for tune up, etc and it is not a long wait time for them to come, they are also very well mannered and polite.

I thought Chris G. to be exceptionally knowledgeable…broad knowledge, and exceptionally thorough…I had an emergency call out for a furnace that suddenly wasn’t working. I’d request him again for any scheduled work etc. in the future…or emergencies. It’s nice to have someone you can trust.
