Our boiler failed at 3:00 pm on Friday afternoon. We were left with no heat facing weekend services that would have to be canceled. I called and Chris arrived within the hour. He and PDM went above and beyond to get us repaired and back in operation within a couple of hours. Couldn’t be more thankful and pleased with the professional service. Thank you Chris and PDM! John was easy to talk to and answered all my questioned in a pleasant manner. Our new water heater was installed in promised time frame.

chris is an older man who knows his job without having to male 50 phone calls to those who do-he’s competent and dependable. I had an appt the day before w someone else from PDM and he was a no show-finally I had to call PDM to make another appt-you need to call people if your man is not showing up

I had a split copper pipe that was not easy to get to and PDM showed up and had it repaired within an hour. Very personable and caring.
