Water heater installation in Joliet, IL 60431

Chris came out to my home from PDM. My water heater stopped working yesterday. I have used PDM last year for other issues and the service was Great. I called PDM and within an hour I got called back to schedule service and from that point Chris was at my home in less than an hour. Chris checked my water heater and discussed my options and showed me some issues that might indicate it would be best to replace my unit rather than just repair. I told him to go ahead and replace it. He had another member of PDM bring out a new heater as he pulled out the old. He not only installed the water heater but fixed a couple other issues like the vent pipe not being up to code and a water pipe that could possibly leak or was already leaking.

Chris works very professionally and does a very thorough job he’s very knowledgeable he’s very pleasant and easy to talk with and takes the time to explain things. I definitely recommend him and I definitely Recommend PDM heating cooling and plumbing for any of these issues

Knowledgeable and caring service professionals in Wilmington, IL 60481
