Great service always in Plainfield, IL 60586

They have very professional men working for them. Always explaining what needs to be done so I understand. I trust them they have never steered me wrong in the 18 years I’ve been using them.

They are always so kind and friendly.

I never have to wait long for my appointments most of the time it is same-day Service. The girls are awesome to call me to say they are on their way that gives me a heads up to get ready . They always clean up after themselves and never leave a mess. Overall it’s a great company and very professional and trustworthy.

Every interaction that I have with PDM is positive regarding the quality of service and professionalism. Anthony has been the technician on almost every service call. He is efficient and you can immediately tell that he really knows his job. It’s like your friend stopping in for a visit even though he’s there to service the A/C or furnace, etc.
