My first call to PDM was answered by a great and helpful man. Because of his kindness and willingness to offer helpful tips, I scheduled a “routine” service call/inspection. Chris G was assigned to my call. As it turned out, I needed more than a simple inspection. He discovered some significant issues. He explained everything, He was GREAT! I also want to acknowledge the man who answered my initial call. Because of his kindness I knew I wanted to do business with this company. What a great team. Thanks to everyone on this team.
