The hot water heater was leaking on Saturday and we were without hot water. I cailed PDM and Rudy assured me they’d be out Monday.
As promised, John was here before 9:00am. He diagnosed the problem as the just over a year old hot water heater needed replacement.
John went right to work. He removed the old unit. Then, he installed the new one.
John’s was very conscientious about not tracking in snow or dirt. He wore shoe covers, and swept whenever needed.
Overall, John did a fantastic job! I have hot water again and I’m grateful for the outstanding service.
