“Brad initially came to my home for a routine check on my furnace. We noticed water coming from the water heater. Brad identified the issue immediately. Unfortunately I had to replace the heater. However, Brad was phenomenal with how he handled it. He researched the proper replacement, offered finance or split payment and even offered to let me call other people for a quote. (Most companies pressure you to buy their product immediately . I truly appreciated that! He helped install my furnace filter and checked my stove for issues as well. He also checked my furnace. They returned next day service and hauled the old water heater. I’m amber and highly recommend PDM. They have wonderful customer service every time! Christina in the office is also a joy to work with. She’s polite, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had poor experiences with other companies but I HIGHLY recommend PDM to everyone.”
