John is the technician that usually comes out for my plumbing repairs. I know when he’ll be here because dispatch keeps us updated. He’s always pleasant, professional & explains what’s being done as he fixes it.Our latest repair was a new hot water heater, diagnosed & replaced in one day. They’ve got my recommendation:)
