Brennon explained each step in identifying what he was testing and how and what he did to correct the problem with the furnace turning on and off repeatedly. He is very knowledgeable and extremely customer friendly. He epitomizes the customer’s idea of a perfect technician. The cost of the service included the future check of the air conditioner, That cost was included in the service bill today which was $198, well worth the peace of mind and confidence that all is well with the furnace and air conditioner.
