Best Advice to Customers: Don’t put garbage down the drain. Never dump grease, coffee, food debris, vegetable peelings, or starchy foods down the kitchen drain; they will almost certainly clog your pipes.
Pete was super efficient and extremely friendly. Answered all my questions and even answered questions I didn’t know I had. He was very nice to my kids.

The work Pete did was excellent. Everything was explained fully and the price was communicated before any of the work was started This is the second time I've used PDM and I would surely use them again!!

Leak from right side 200 gallon storage tank, Marcus wanted it left in service at this time. #4 boiler leaking also, removed side panel, leak appears to be internal, took boiler out of service (closed water and gas valves and switched off). Dave provided estimate.
Joliet drain cleaning. Kitchen sink backing up, rodded thru trap. Opened drain and cleaned up.
Remove anode rod and clorinate system
Repiped drain for bathtub and lavatory in basement
Toilet draining slowly
Returned and vacuumed out debris in pipe to clear
Leak under kitchen sink, found valve for dishwasher leaking. Also toilet running in hall bath upstairs, need to replace flapper
Garbage disposal was jammed, freed ip and makes alot of noise, need to replace
Joliet water heater service. Cleaned, relit water heater, quoted 1497 for new heater.
Commercial drain cleaning. Office toilet RS backing up, augered to clear internal blockage. Test and clean up.
Joliet clogged toilet. Toilet in basement backing up when any water is run, need to rod out main sewer. Retrieved alot of roots and wipes. WIPES SHOULD NOT GO INTO TOILET, EVEN IF THE PACKAGE SAYS "FLUSHABLE"
Ejector pump not working. Water heater t&p valve leaking, needs expansion tank installed due to check valve on main water line at meter.
Lavatory sink drain backing up, could not open line, need to open wall to access pipe.
Replaced urinal flush valve and bar sink strainer, need to return to install automatic actuator on flush valve when it comes in. Returned to install over handle actuator.
Toilet repair. Fill valve on toilet in ls ladies room stall not shutting off properly.
Homer Glen plumbing inspection. Flush water heaters to remove sediment build up.
Sewer drain backing up. Encountered roots just outside house and around sidewalk.
Replace ice maker water line with copper tubing
Ejector pump not working, replaced pump and check valves
Orland Park bathroom plumbing toilet and faucet repair. Removed and reset toilet in master bath. Caulked base of toilet in hall bath and powder room. Disassembled and cleaned debris from powder room lavatory faucet. New toilet install price for all three.
Replace laundry sink and faucet with customer supplied parts
Leaking angle stops under kitchen sink (3)
Hall bath tub draining very slowly
Plainfield toilet repair. Toilet was running continuously. Found faulty fill valve not shutting off.
Shorewood plumbing repair. Pop up actuator broken, estimate provided for replacement
