Best Advice to Customers: Watch what you flush. Flushing anything except toilet paper leads to nasty clogs. Even “flushable” baby wipes can back up the system!

Plainfield toilet repair. Changed flapper but tank was still leaking into the bowl. Instead of rebuilding we decided to replace toilet. Install new Kohler water saving toilet.
Angered toilet and cleared blockage.
Replaced 40 gallon water heater.
Joliet pump service. Replaced commercial ejector pump. Tested and cleaned up.
Joliet drain cleaning. Attempted to rod kitchen sink line 6-7 times, then attempted to rod backwards from ejector hole, kept coming up in the floor drain, cannot get drain to clear. Dave to come for re-pipe estimate. On 3/17/21 hooked up hose to try and push the blockage by with water pressure since it is not vented. Water was running for a long time without reaching the pit or pressure building up so I concluded the piping must be deteriorated under the floor. Need to discuss options for a repipe.
Replaced 40 gallon water heater.
Lockport drain cleaning. Rodded laundry tub line from clean out underneath sink. $20 off coupon.
Rodded tub from overflow and drum trap.
Joliet drain cleaning service. Rodded from stack and pulled back roots. Rodded from laundry tub and pulled back roots from inside the house. When rodding from laundry tub some of the piping came apart so I needed to repipe from trap to where it goes under basement floor. Credit card on file.
Washing machine drain clogged. Rodded washing machine discharge, ran water from hose to test but the washing machine seems to be malfunctioning so I could not do a real test. Told them to call back when washer is fixed and if it is still backing up.
Bolingbrook drain repair. Excavate and replace approx 30' of settled 6" sewer piping. Install outside drain cleanout. Backfill price does not include landscaping $4,600.00
Went to replace handle and cartridge on cold side but faucet was leaking from the base. Ended up replacing with Moen Bradford 6610. $50 off coupon so $539
Minooka water heater replacement. Finished installing customer supplied water heater.
Replaced sump pump with our budget model. Rental property landlord needs to be billed.
Romeoville drain cleaning. Removed trap and rodded kitchen sink line. Tested and cleaned up.
Joliet toilet and faucet repair. Replaced flapper and fill valve on two toilets. Replaced 1222b cartridge on Moen Positemp faucet. I had to shut off main water valve for that, it was an old gate valve and then stem snapped so I had to replace it.
Joliet water heater repair. T&P valve was leaking which lead me to thinking that the expansion tank was full of water which it was. Replaced both.
Bathroom drain cleaning. Augered toilet and then rodded lav line. Her son has the checkbook so we need to contact him tomorrow for payment.
Lockport drain cleaning call. Rodded unsuccessfully from tub waste and over flow, and from the lav but that did not open clog. I opened up walls to investigate. There was a blockage on the outlet side of an old drum trap that caused the pipe to fill with water and freeze. Thawed that with a hair dryer and rodded on the outlet side. Blockage is clear but strongly recommend a drain repipe.
Laundry sink drain cleaning. Successfully rodded mop sink. Also shut off water and power to a drinking fountain because water was running continuously, and checked out a urinal flush valve that appears to be operating fine.
Clogged toilet. Angered toilet and cleared blockage. Took $4 off dispatch because I could not make a change.
Replaced Kohler toilet handle, only charging dispatch fee
