The acid in vinegar makes a great cleaning product. Heinz concocted a Cleaning Vinegar 20 percent stronger than traditional white vinegar for safe and effective cleaning. Make sure you label your homemade cleaner bottle!
Here are six natural household cleaner recipes.
Fixture cleaner – soak a cloth in cleaning vinegar and go to work on your faucets and appliances.
Floor cleaner – mix 1/2 cup of white vinegar and a gallon of warm water. Tough stains? Use undiluted Cleaning Vinegar directly on the stain.
Bathroom film, soap scum cleaner – warm white vinegar and pout it into a spray bottle. Use on your shower, tub, sinks. Let soak for 12 minutes. Scrub with a nylon sponge. Re-spray if needed.
Drains cleaner – pour 1/2 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of white vinegar into your drain. Cover lightly for 15 minutes. Mixture should foam. Then flush with cold water. Try this monthly to keep drains open.
Cut Dust and Grease on exhaust fan grills, ceiling fan blades and air-conditioning grills by wiping with Heinz Cleaning Vinegar.
Window cleaner – Use 1/4 cup white vinegar with a quart of water in a spray bottle.
