A serviceman can disrupt your schedule. PDM will call before we arrive and do our best to arrive within 20 minutes of when promised and make sure our visit is brief.

Worried about the uninsured, unlicensed

PDM raises the bar in quality standards and even try to go beyond code. We test our work vigorously and make it look good. Our Illinois Department of Public Health License No. 055001549 will be current. PDM protects you with complete liability and comprehensive insurance.

Looking for a clean get-away

We’ll protect the work area and take great care if we have to move any furniture out of the way to get equipment in and out. If we remove dirty equipment, we’ll wrap it in plastic to make sure no debris winds up on your floors. We’ll clean up thoroughly and to your satisfaction. We’ll go over the job and make sure you’re happy and take all our trash with us.

Concerned about loud or unsafe workers

PDM is not the sort of company that shows up with a boom box. And if children are present we’ll be extra careful and make sure dangerous tools are protected. And we won't disturb your neighbors.

 

 

 

 

Smoke and alcohol-free help

You can rest assured we will not be smoking or chewing tobacco or drinking alcohol either in your home or anywhere on your property. In addition we have random drug tests, including the boss.

Not having water or electricity is an inconvenience

We’ll plan carefully to ensure your water, heat, a/c and electricity will be off for the shortest possible time. No one likes to be inconvenienced. PDM recognizes that, and will plan accordingly.

Community involvement

We’ve been one of the more involved families in the community, from serving YMCA, United Way, Cerebral Palsy, Easter Seals, Lewis University and school boards, just to name a few.
