What to Expect from PDM

Your PDM plumbing, heating and air conditioning technicians received five years of advanced training, with ongoing continuous technical and safety education. PDM technicians are also Three Rivers Safety Center trained.

Personal protection

We understand the importance of protective equipment and site safety from housekeeping, fire prevention, material handling and fall protection.

Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program

Purpose is to increase on-the-job safety, ensure quality services and productivity to clients by denying job site presence to individuals whose abilities are impaired by drugs or alcohol. Testing under this Program will involve pre-employment, random, post accident/incident, reasonable cause or suspicion, return to work, and follow-up testing.

Emergency planning and response awareness

Our goal is to plan for the unexpected. To be aware of your plant’s “hot spots” and emergency plan.
