Silver Cross Hospital 304-bed acute care hospital

• Installation of a duplex sewage ejector pump system.
• RPZ water backflow certified testing and maintenance.
• New commercial water softener.
• Medical oxygen vacuum to elevator rooms.
• Rebuilt Aerco Boiler Heater.
• Air filtration for their Tuberculosis Isolation Rooms.
• New rooftop HVAC systems and chilled water piping repair
• New plumbing and HVAC in medical office suite

Provena St. Joseph’s Medical Center 9-story, 600 bed hospital.

• Installed complicated plumbing booster pump systems with variable speed drives. We had to turn off the domestic water to the entire hospital.
• Various repair and maintenance projects.
• Installed cooling tower

Lewis University  Romeoville, IL main campus. Enrollment 5,400.

• Pope John Paul II Hall is a 27,500 sq. ft. residence hall and classroom. Installed heating and air conditioning system.
• Ryan Hall coed residence hall washroom remodeling project.

Other university projects:

• Cafe; replace Reznor air ventilation units.
• Various buildings; new efficient rooftop HVAC systems.
• Swimming pool; water heater maintenance.

deCODE genetics - is a biopharmaceutical company.
New laboratory plumbing system.

Equistar Chemicals, one of the largest petrochemical facilities in the Midwest. Rerouted 4" sanitary line.  Repaired 4" poly pipe for their laboratory.

JC Penny - general maintenance, repairs, sewer cleaning.

Panera Bread - bakery, cafe tenant build-out.
New gas, water, sewer and appliance installation.

Harrah’s Joliet Hotel and Casino ordered commercial water softener to protect their plumbing appliances and improve laundry services.

Empress Casino & Hotel had us install protection for city water supply with RPZ water backflow prevention devices.

Walgreen Drug Store asked PDM to upgrade their water boilers to new energy efficient systems.

Deaton Kennedy Company - produces the finest funeral supplies.

• Replaced underground sewer piping for the washroom groups.
• New air conditioning system in printing center.
• Various repair and maintenance projects

14-story apartment building repiping.
PDM provided a complete water piping retrofit. This project required us to have water turned on each night for tenants.

Union Elementary School - serving Joliet & New Lenox K-8. Complete washroom renovation. Replaced boiler and designed new classroom air conditioning system.

United Cerebral Palsy of Will County - provides support and direct services to individuals and families impacted by the challenges of developmental disabilities. Replaced sanitary sewer

• Orica Nitrogen LLC  -  manufactures key ingredients in
  the production of commercial explosives.
  Retrofit installation of heating equipment in main office, service building and shop.

• Channahon Lanes - bowling center.
  New roof top unit and duct work.

• Diocese of Joliet Catholic Cemeteries
  New facility rooftop HVAC

• Exxon-Mobil - installed positive pressure ventilation systems to help avoid explosive conditions.

• ComEd Utility - ordered industrial sewage ejection pumps.

• Material Service Corporation - mining and sale of aggregates, stone, gravel. PDM helped protect workers health with a new air ventilation system.

• Bethlehem Lutheran Church - upgraded their water boilers to new energy efficient systems.

• St. Bernard Church called on PDM to retrofit a ductless air conditioning system.

• Homeowners bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects including ADA accessibility needs.
